We are now accepting hotel reservations for our upcoming event. Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about the event. We look forward to seeing you!

 

Hotel Policy

Credit card is required upon check-in and credit card used to make this reservation is required at check-in. Card holder must be present with valid ID.

There will be a minimum authorization of $100 per stay using the credit card/debit card provided at check-in to cover incidentals, taxes, and fees. Any unused amount will be released at the time of check-out. It may take three or more business days to show on your credit card/debit card as the timing will be at the discretion of your financial institution.

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a room.

Valid photo ID (Driver's license, passport, military ID) is required.

If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 3 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

Monday-Saturday: Hotel Check-in time is 4:00pm, Sunday Hotel Check-in time is 5pm and Check-out is 11:00am.

• Reservations not cancelled before 48 hours from the day and time of check in will be charged one night’s room and tax.
  
  Outside food or beverage is not permitted on property.
  
  Personal coolers 12 x 12 are allowed for medicinal purposes only.
  
  Nonsmoking rooms have smoking sensors that detect tobacco, vape and cannabis smoke. Please make sure to smoke in designated hotel rooms only (Cannabis and Cigars are prohibited in all hotel rooms). A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.
